Magic Link (users)

The Magic Link feature is designed to provide instant, frictionless access to files and folders stored within Engage.

Users are pre-registered, meaning there is no need to enter a username (email address) or remember a password.

When new content is shared with you via a Magic Link, you will receive a notification that looks like this (the Magic Link has been highlighted in red):

Once you click on the link you will be taken to the log-in screen:

Once you have clicked ‘log-in’, you will be taken the file(s) (or the folder) that has been shared with you:

To view your file, click on the three dots to the right of the file name to reveal the options panel:

Next, click ‘View’ to open the file in the PDF viewer or ‘download’ to save the file locally.
