The Magic link feature provides users with instant access to the platform without the need to register or choose a password.
Please note: access via the Magic Link is instant and unrestricted. Magic links can also be opened by anyone. We therefore strongly recommend you only use this feature with users that have prior security clearance, for example, those that have been ‘wall-crossed’ or have signed an NDA.
To enable the Magic link on a project, go to the Magic link option in Project Settings and choose ‘Yes’ and click ‘Save’. You can also enable this option in the Project Wizard when creating a project, if you are a platform Administrator.
Users that require access to a Magic Link project must be created in the usual way. However, they will not need to be sent an invite or go through the usual registration journey as they are auto-registered. Remember to assign/change the user(s) roles if necessary.
