Engage user roles
For IPOs and fundraises
Investor – this is our ‘end user’ role, where access (permission) can be limited to viewing documents online only, with a security watermark placed across each page. Investors can communicate with Project Owners within the platform by using the various calls to action at their disposal e.g. asking questions, registering interest or call-back request.
Power Investor – this role allows for the downloading of data in its original, native format (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.). Power Investors can only download from the folders they have been given permission to. They may also communicate in the same way as a standard Investor.
This role also allows the user to download ‘non-standard’ or ‘non-document’ files. For example - ZIPs, MSGs, CSVs etc.
For Mergers and Acquisitions (M&As)
