Project Owners can request a document map at any stage of a projects timeline. The document map will be exported to a formatted Excel file. It will show all files in the data room, including those that are not Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF.
To request a document map, click on the ‘Request Documents Map’ button in the top right-hand corner of the screen:
This will start the process, which can be monitored in the ‘Downloads’ area of the project:
Once your documents map is ready, the status will display ‘Completed’ and you will receive an email notification that will contain a link to the downloads area of your project:
Click on the relevant download zip name in the downloads area, to save the file. The zip will be saved to your local downloads folder.
The Excel file will look something like this:
