You can download your data locally (via a zip file) at any point, for example, when your project comes to end.
Any user with download capability can use this feature; Project Managers and Content Managers as a default, and Investors if the feature is enabled via permissions.
To download a folder
Click on the three dots (kebab) next to the folder you would like to download to reveal the options panel, then click ‘Request Download’.
Please see ‘Downloads area’ below for instruction on how to access your files.
To download an entire project
You will need to be a ‘Project Owner’ to use the bulk download feature.
From your Documents area, click on ‘Request Download’.

You can check on the progress of your requests in the Downloads area.
Downloads that are ready will have a status of ‘Completed’. Downloads still ongoing will have a status of ‘In Progress’.
Once your download is complete, you will receive an email notification that will contain a link to the downloads area of your project.
Click on the relevant download zip name in the downloads area, to save the file. The zip will be saved to your local downloads folder.
Please note: folders and entire projects will be sent to the Downloads area of your dashboard.
Individual files will not be sent to the Downloads area of Engage, but will instead be saved directly to your local downloads folder on your PC.
