Tasks
Also known as our ‘calls to action’, Investors/Bidders and Power Investors/Power Bidders can communicate with the Project Owner(s) as follows:
Ask a general question – users can ask a general question relating to the project as a whole
Asking questions relating to a specific file – users can ask questions relating to a specific file or document
Registering their interest – if the project is being used to share information relating to a particular opportunity or transaction, users can register their interest
Call back request – if users wish to speak with someone regarding the project or documents contained therein
Hard copy request – if users would prefer to see a hard copy, they can request one using this feature
Notes:
1. Actioning any of the above features will create/assign a task in the Project Owners Task area
2. It will also trigger an email notification to inform them that a response is required
3. Each task button (Register Interest, Call back Request, Hard Copy Request) can be toggled on or off by the Project Owner in the project settings, depending on each project’s requirements
4. If appropriate, project owners can decide to share answers to questions globally with other users
