Changing your password
To change your password, click on your name in the top right‐hand corner and choose ‘Profile’ from the drop‐down menu:

Scroll to the bottom of the next page and choose ‘Change Password’:

Enter your email address and click ‘Send verification code’:

Enter the 6‐digit code that is sent to your email inbox, it will look like this:

On the next screen, hit continue:

Enter your new password* and then confirm your new password:

*Password rules:
‐ The password must be between 8 and 64 characters.
‐ The password must contain at least 3 of the following 4 characters:
‐ a lowercase letter
‐ an uppercase letter
‐ a digit
‐ a symbol

Click continue and you will be taken back to the platform.
